Lidl launches Le Creuset cookware dupes with prices starting at £3.99

Lidl is about to launch a range that looks a lot like the famous Le Creuset high-end cookware.

There are some subtle differences and it might not be the same quality, but if you are a fan of the style, you could pick a few bargains.

Prices start at £3.99 for the range, which includes mugs, plates, bowls and casserole dishes.

It lands in stores on 20 February and of course, Lidl doesn’t sell anything online so you need to get yourself down to your nearest middle aisle.

It comes in four bright colours – red, blue, teal and yellow so you can match everything or you could mix them all together.

They’re also selling toasters and kettles next week in the same colours so you can run the theme through your whole kitchen.

Stand out items include the cast iron casserole dish for £24.99, which is a lot cheaper than the Le Creuset version that costs £99.

The plate, bowl and mug sets cost £4.99 each or you can pick up two for £8, compared to Le Creuset’s £15 for just one mug.

The stoneware dish comes in two sizes – you can get a large one or two smaller ones for £4.99. One small Le Creuset dish usually costs £30.

To take your colour theme on-the-go, there’s an insulated bottle for £3.99, some an insulated bowl set for £12.99 or some food containers for £3.99.

But of course, like with all Lidl special offers, you need to be quick because the items will only be available for a limited time and once they are sold out, you won’t find them again.
